so...we attended the cooking class at roy's today and it was really fun. we learned how to make snow crab california rolls and chocolate souffles. the macadamia crusted mahi mahi was delicious. the chefs are awesome and funny and you also get a gift bag with a fancy champagne glass, recipes, chocolates, and tools to make souffles at home. it was definitely a wonderful new experience.
